Company pages are managed through individual recruiter accounts. There is no separate login for a page, and sharing an account breaks the Professional Community Policies.

A page can have several page admins. The last one can’t step down or leave until another exists; a page admin can hand the role to a colleague and become a recruiter in one step (“Make page admin, step down”). When a member is removed or leaves, their live jobs are paused until a page admin reassigns or resumes them; applications already received stay as company records. Seats, roles and the 30-day reassignment window are explained in seats, hiring managers and partners.
